At the January meeting Spratt Savings & Loan Association’s Board of Directors authorized four promotions. In announcing these promotions, Glenn Anderson, CEO, stated, “these changes in title more accurately reflect the constantly increasing levels of responsibility among our management team members. Further, these important changes in our corporate structure will create additional opportunities within the organization for other employees.”
The following employees were promoted: Kathy Davis-operations and human resources manager: to Senior Vice President; Monte Bowers-controller and compliance officer: to Senior Vice President; Susan Wellborn-assistant controller and accounting manager: to Vice President and Matt McCrorey-market leader in Great Falls and eastern Chester County: to City Executive.
Anderson pointed out that as a group, these officers have extensive experience in the financial services area as well as impressive tenures with the Association. Mrs. Welborn has been with the company for 30 years, Mrs. Davis 28 years; Mr. Bowers has been with Spratt Savings for 10 years and in banking for 37 years. Mr. McCrorey has been an employee for 8 years and in banking for 14 years.
Spratt Savings and Loan is South Carolina’s oldest savings institution and the only financial services business headquartered in Chester County.
